Traditional Masonry is a specialist stone worktop company based in the North East. We work with granite, quartz, marble and ceramic surfaces, supplying and installing high-quality kitchen worktops across Newcastle, North Tyneside and surrounding areas.
Traditional Masonry is a family run business established by the owner Paul, who served his apprenticeship with a local Stonemasonry company and gained experience in Europe and Australia, before he returned to the north east to head up an architectural masonry business. Through developing contacts within the granite and marble sector, this led to the establishment of Traditional Masonry in 2004, with the goal of offering the very best in stone work surfaces and interiors.
Having been joined in the business in 2018 by his son Conor after he had completed his mechanical engineering degree the company has continued to grow both in output and reputation, without losing its founding ethos. We are constantly evolving but our values remain the same. This reflects our passion for quality and creativity in everything we do, and it is evident at every stage of production.
With over 40 years experience in working with natural stone, and the skills and expertise to tackle everything from a simple bathroom shelf, to stone worktops for multi-unit developments for national house builders. Our driving force is to be at the fore-front of the stone interiors industry. Embracing the old and new by combining the traditional craft of the stonemason, with the very latest state of the art C.N.C technology.
